If you check the filings you'll learn of the special exemption which allows them to liquidate ~5 days earlier: Trump 20th, the co-founders on the 19th. And, AS I POSTED: I have not finished going through the legal filing to determine if the Co-Founders were GRANTED removal of restrictive-legends! They had filed an ADDENDUM to one of their motions/briefs REQUESTING IT! I don't recall if it was for COMPENSATION, in lieu of, or what their rationale was for the request. And I have not yet had the chance to review the PACER - LEGAL DOCS from whence my earlier DD on the 18M came, to report. And most likely I won't.
