The numbers appear close, Ron. Not sure what C/B is (certs/bonds?), and the 17% seems a tad high, but who knows? Just interesting that the post and poster disappeared so quickly. I don’t understand why some conjecture is allowed while others aren’t; sure seems strange and/or it struck a cord.
