In our present environment, neutrality is pretty hard to come by says Captain Obvious. Our society is gagging on the Information Age.

Maybe there will be an AI moderator that can be programmed to be as fair as the two sides can agree on.

Many years ago, when fuzzy logic and such was all the rage, I was interviewed many times by a researcher trying to make a decision support tool for specific things that I was involved on decisions with, as I had a reputation for being a good decision maker in my specific areas of interest. At that time, it was sort of determined that decision support black boxes were generally not effective because the issues to be resolved were not repetitious and often new and unique, so when encountering a new problem they were kind of like a coin flip.

Apparently AI technology has advanced a lot, so maybe a neutral moderator could be designed for the political arena. But probably no one would trust it.
