Well, AAPJ has no money. It also does not have enough authorized shares to allow conversion of anything. The current management will need to get paid-off, and shares are their only real currency.
Great chance, though, for those stuck in AAPJ to finally be able to sell above $0.0001.
It is likely to go even lower than that.
