One way to make sure it is TAX free is by the issuance of new shares !!!!!!!!!!! Plus nobody is gonna give up cash when they can use it moving forward to financially facilitate the company in making even more money, THEY IMHO WILL ISSUE NEW SHARES P's and K's and U's
