I think Delfin knows the cutoff date to start building or losing a slot. If it were even close and would affect the contract timelines then I doubt they would let it pass by. They’re just not there yet.
I personally hope they don’t RM until the permits are clear though. This way no heavy questions hang over the stock while it takes them several years to start bringing in revenue. I’ve waited this long, they might as well do it right
Nice post Dave, Agreed, no reason to wait on RM till the end. Get everything lined up so that when the license is finally issued it is GO TIME big time without any further delay. That's doing it right!
