That's nice but I don't believe the article discussed whose AI. DNA uses Google AI and pays them a nice fee. However Google is one of the companies who is going to have their own Tenser chip. I believe theirs will come out in Q4. I don't think they will initially sell it but use it internally to cut costs. Google is currently a large customer of Nvidia and they also use AMD. But the volume from those will drop when they start integrating their own chip. That has been documented in 4 different articles. To make a general statement about AI is good for AI but things are still going to get tough for Nvidia in 2025 with profit margins. Microsoft, Meta, Google, and Amazon either have or will have their own chips. They will still use Nvidia but not in the quantities they have. For Nvidia to maintain revs, their pricing will have to be more competitive.
