Wow, Sunspotter. You are exerting a lot of effort into this. Please tell me your motive. Are you really trying to save me from myself? Or is it something else? In the interest of transparency and full disclosure, would you mind revealing your motives?
As I have endeavored to explain, my opinion that HDVY was legit has been substantiated by the fact that Intel entered into a settlement agreement with them. The USPTO also denied Intel's request for a director review, and even chose to represent HDC against Intel at the US Court of Appeals.
How much plainer can it be that HDC was, and still is, a legit company? Yet, you were the one shouting from the rooftops that HDVY was a scam. You have some credibility issues of your own, Sunspotter.
