Bob I have to agree this is so convoluted that I have only a clue to what will take place in the DTCC for JPMC to complete this The transaction between JPM and 1st republic, Signature, Silicone, Flagstaff, NorthStar, NYCB and others is beyond me. But I do believe the FDIC will make it happen in the DTCC. with Polling, netting and magic so that JPM is not connected. IMO
