The secured creditors would have alerted the authorities if there was bankruptcy fraud, as they had a lot to lose.

When 2 federal judges sign off on it as well as the creditors and their lawyers there was no bankruptcy fraud lol.
It would be fraud if shareholders would ever be paid for their worthless shares though
