LMFAO, so Drugman, you inadverdently just ADMITTED that Nick Campanella was indeed named a CO-CONSPIRATOR in a federal CRIMINIAL complaint for Wire Fraud, Conspiracy to Comitt Wire Fraud, etc. The Complaint you linked is LITERALLY a Criminal Complaint filed by the United States Dept of Justice.

Even you Drugman, knows what CC-2 stands for, if you can't decipher it, it means CO-CONSPIRATOR 2. (this is also backed up by the NY Times article, in which it named Campanella a CO-CONSPIRATOR)

Now that we can finally all agree, thanks to you Drugman, that Campanella was named by the US DOJ as a co-conspirator, let's show what else the DOJ stated about Campanella's role since you decided to select the one sentence that didn't shed any context.

The following are statement directly from the Complaint, based on the descriptions and corroborated by the NY Times and Drugman, CC-2 is Nick Campanella:

based on my review of
records obtained during the course of the investigation and my
conversations with 3M’s representatives, I am aware that 3M never
agreed to manufacture respirators for CC-2 Company-2 and none of
CC2 Company-1, CC-2 Company-2, or CC-2 was authorized to distribute
3M products or solicit purchase orders from prospective customers
on behalf of 3M.

So Campanella fraduluently represented he had access to 3M manufacturing and was NOT authorized to distribute 3M products.

Also:

The following day, on or about March 16, 2020, CC-2
emailed ROMANO a signed copy of the Fictitious Authorization Letter
on CC-2 Company-1 letterhead. CC-2’s spouse signed as the
“President” of CC-2 Company-1.

Campanella issued a FAKE letter, using his WIFE's signature, to claim he's been able to supply 3M products.

Also, Romano knew CC-2, aka Campanella's company had no access to masks:

ROMANO knew
or had reason to know that CC-2 Company-1 and CC-2 Company-2 had
no ability to procure face respirators from 3M.

Also:

the References Document indicated that
Vendor-1 supplied CC-2 and CC-2 Company-1 with 3-ply face
respirators. Based on my participation in this investigation,
including my review of text messages and email correspondence
between ROMANO and CC-2, I believe this representation was false.

Nick Campanella, aka CC-2, is all over this CRIMINAL COMPLAINT. These are just some of the highlights but feel free to go over it and draw your own conclusions. If Campanella wasn't a scumbag scammer, why is he named as a co-conspirator falsifying documents and references? And all of Campanella's actions mirrors his promo scams at SNPW, period.
