He took your (shareholders) money and obviously has zero interest in returning it or any interest. He’s done dealing with a public company. He also know no one, not a single shareholder has the ‘nads or the funds to sue him. So he gets the best of all worlds. The stock has been revoked. It’s gone. Why bring the liability of old revoked shares back to market ?
