Once again you just do not understand what happens when an immigrant reaches the shores of America, especially if they claim asylum, then these same immigrants must follow the laws of immigration and begin the American system. I am sorry you do not like the laws of America.
Once again you must first come to America before you can ask for asylum. Immigrants at the southern border, or how most come to America, they fly here and once they are actually on American soil, only then can they claim asylum.
This past spring the Republican actually drafted new legislation to address many of these issues, but trump said no to it, and the Republicans took their own legislation and dropped it. It was all set to pass, so go blame trump.
