Really depends on how much you are planning to buy. Yesterday I bought 2m more shares at the 33s. After I bought of course it dropped even further to 31s LOL... But I really don't care about a couple hundred dollars as much as securing 2 million share this low. If your going to buy a million shares and its at .0033 currently, the cost is $3300 but if you wait to get at maybe .0029 at the cost of $2900 then you save $400. But it could move up a few ticks being this low and you miss your opportunity to get it low 30s. Yesterday I slapped the ASK for 2m but got a partial fill before it ran to 35s so since it was a slow and low volume I decided to wait and see what happens. It took 4 hour to fill my order. I almost took out the 34s instead of waiting on the 33s but then the volume picked up and I got them. If you have patience and lots of balls then maybe throw in a bid to where you think it might drop to but be ready for this beast to run at any point. This thing is super under valued and lots of dudes have been grabbing up these cheapies and are ready to pump a run. I don't have patience when I want to buy so I usually Slap the ASK when I buy. You have to ask yourself, is saving a couple buck now worth not getting in this low if it runs to a BUCK lol... Good luck to ya.
