No idea but this is unprecedented behavior on his part as far as I can see. And right at the moment in time when outcome is presumed to be filled with uncertainty? Are these actions indicative of something positive he has yet to publicly share with the investing community? I'm sure you are familiar with the old cliche "Actions speak louder than words".....but none truer than "Your actions will always follow your beliefs" Seems like to me that is the message Dr. Korenko is conveying here. His actions are following and being dictated by his beliefs.
Since my time here on board I have seen a lot of hypocrisy from a few supposedly disgruntled ex RDGL shareholders. Christian comedian Brad Stine once stated "Hypocrisy isn't just the practice of not doing what you say.....it's not believing what you say". I've seen several posters who are truly hypocrites attack Dr. Korenko's integrity and his competence with such disdain it verges on the edge of bizarre. As for me I see no hypocrisy in this mans words or actions. He says and then he does.....and then does some more.....and then he does some more. Much respect for what Dr. Korenko is trying to accomplish and how he's going about doing it. The use of his personal funds to purchase shares on the open market are more so symbolic in nature I would venture to say. He has plenty all ready and stock options that come available to him from time to time I'm sure. But considering the current state of affairs I also think the recent ramp up in stock purchases are indicative of something bigger about to come to fruition. And quite frankly maybe sooner than we first thought.....
