<< KBLB is still in the development phase >>

WRONG AGAIN!

I think you need to reread their PRs, because they keep stating that they are in commercial production, and they have been over years and years.

Either the Douchebag CEO is lying, or you are lying? Which one is it?

This is from yesterday's PR:

"KBLB .... announces today that it has completed the third commercial .... production cycle"

"which marks the second successful commercial production cycle "

<< Dilution isn’t a dirty word >>

In the case of KBLB, sure it is.

The last two dilutions crashed the share price BOTH TIMES. The 1st time, the share price went from around 16 cents to around 8 cents. The 2nd time, the share price went from around 8 cents to 3 cents.

And this next time it will most probably be even worse (since debt is much more expensive now because of higher interest rates).

In addition, Warren buffet says the following about massive dilution:

"At both BPL and Berkshire, we have never invested in companies that are hell-bent on issuing shares. That behavior is one of the surest indicators of a promotion-minded management, weak accounting, a stock that is overpriced and – all too often – outright dishonesty."
