DPLS - Another Appellate Victory

GREAT for public company issuers.


Another step forward for the Company and shareholders


The Company won its appeal
of the class action suit against Crown Bridge.
The court vacated the dismissal of the action.
And the case is now headed back to the trial court.


We need to get back to $0.21


And so it begins
