Plus I never said what I was falsely credited with:

In fact I directly debunked it - I stated they sell shares in the offering. Not on the open market. Those shares are restricted. And then when the offering is qualified or becomes effective, the shares are registered and come off restriction.

A 1:1000 Reverse Split is still looming Big in this quarter.

A claim of going "fully reporting" with a 20 billion A/S, almost 11 billion O/S, then a R/S is a formula for debtors dumping a shitload of stock.
