Doesn't make any difference. They're not being investigated for what they may or may not do in the future.

So now it's just an investigation over the propriety of their ability to sell their own shares with a prospectus needing to be issued first.

Actually it does make a difference. If they have all their ducks in a row when the 23rd comes around, nothing but smooth sailing from here. My opinion is they would be some kind of stupid not too. Regardless of what you people will now respond, they are not THAT stupid!
