AMS I added today. One reason ... not a good one, is that I sold so much other stuff recently. But the way I see it, if you ex out the $361,000 in acquisition costs, and then you ex out the $188,000 in 'loss on write-down of impaired assets and removal costs' ( I am assuming thats not part of the acq costs), then eps would be .067/share. Not that shabby. Tang Book is $4.71, and even if you don't like the quality of some of those assets, they have a large percent of their market cap in cash.
