If you believe your beliefs you wouldn't be here arguing for years, the last sec fillings are from Derek Miller, who bought 14M Bioamber Inc common stock July and August 2019, pwc's sec filings are not for Bioamber Inc shares only the liquidation process for certain assets , Bioamber Inc is not liquidated or bankrupt and the sec knows that and you know that also but playing games bcz that's your job, it will be illegal to have sec filings on a liquidated company, Lcy/KKR must pay Bioamber Inc shareholders for investing in Bioamber Sarnia's subsidiary of Bioamber Inc
