I follow SEC doc's, and not what I think I remember. I registered and hope others have as well. The DTC has taken care of distributions in the past for me and I have been with Bonderman on another situation. Very happy with that one too. Like you said... Everything will be OK, and that is also my opinion. I loaded in the 5's and had to adjust my position also. COOP has done very well, I think it will continue and everyone can enjoy that ride if they have the ability to hang in there.
