If they did that with him and the Thorps that would be great, though I'm not certain if that is part of the process. What I do feel pretty confident about, is that the Sheik, and the Thorps will have to consent to a Background Check, and if they have provided that consent, that OTCM would be aware of it before they did it...imo.
Now if MMG would be so brazen to "Name" these people, and provide photos of their photo ID's all over the internet, and list them in filings, and show the Sheik's name on the 8K, and submit their names as new officers to OTCM...without their consent or knowledge, well that would be "diabolical Lois."
