CWG......thank you for responding in lieu of rons failure to substantiate his assertions....you have made it very clear about the 299 billion dollars that the FDIC is holding at the receivership, and its origin....now, about the 25 billion dollars that ron says was earned by the 363/365 sales, I highly doubt ron is correct about this sum...why?... the filings show JPM paid 1.89 billion TOTAL for WAMU banks, and related assets... if there was a 363 sale (which is sales of banking assets to raise quick money during a crisis), JPM states that they wrote down the banking assets to NEGATIVE EQUITY....the only asset JPM paid for was the VISA stock... so where did this 25 billion dollars originate from?...This sum does not appear on any 10-K that I read that was filed to the SEC....
