Let’s point out that most information hi guy sources as fact is a blog.

A blog written by the principal attorney at Hamilton and Associates who are securities lawyers and the SEC website which is not a "blog."

The SEC investigation into Jason Black (CNNA and SAPX CEO) is continuing per the SEC:

The SEC's complaint also names Quebec, Canada entity 9224-3708 Quebec Inc., a/k/a Distributions Bano, and Jason Black of California and/or Georgia, as relief defendants. The SEC seeks the return of ill-gotten gains plus interest, penalties, bars, and other equitable relief. The SEC's investigation is continuing.

That's not weird. The blog is probably controlled by the company he works for so the blog itself omits facts or twists them.

That's why he references that blog insted of legal documents.
