OK, were gonna go real slow here.

Click on the link YOU PROVIDED in the message I am replying to. For convenience, it's right here, but you do things any way you like:

https://www.sec.gov/enforcement-litigation/litigation-releases/lr-25469

Now, that SEC document is titled:

SEC Charges 18 Defendants in International Scheme to Manipulate Stocks Using Hacked US Brokerage Accounts

And dated:

Litigation Release No. 25469 / August 16, 2022

Take note: no case number appears on this page. It's just a general press release.

At the bottom of this page, right above the very last sentence (Last Reviewed or Updated: May 31, 2023), is a link to a download able file, labeled

"SEC Complaint".

Click that.

As this document states, this is the Complaint, or detailed filing of the reason for the charges. This document is dated August 15, 2022. This Complaint is what the press release dated August 16 that you (Hi_Lo) posted is based on.

Now, at the top of the Complaint is the case number: 1:22-cv-03252 ELR

This is the same case number listed in the set of documents Bullish Green provided:

https://unicourt.com/case/pc-db5-securities-and-exchange-commission-v-mohamed-et-al-1268336

This document shows Case 1:22-cv-03252 ELR has been closed & what the resolution to each defendant was.

So in conclusion, all of the documents discussed here pertain to the same case 1:22-cv-03252 ELR. And what this set of documents proves shows is Case 1:22-cv-03252 ELR has been closed.

Jason Black is mentioned nowhere in the final dispensation of the case.

So, Hi_Lo is very incorrect in his statements. End of story.

Big surprise, huh?

You're citing an article from 2023. The case was disposed in Feb 2024. Disposed means the entire case is closed unless there's an appeal.

If you even bothered to scroll down you would see Jason Black was summoned but never charged. He's just an interested party because he was paid a $15K finders fee. That's all.

Case closed.

No apparent appeal to reopen it.
