This is where you lose me. Im on board and for a central repository but it must be as unbiased as possible containing both bearish and bullish perspectives that is not personalized to the poster nor controlled by the company. I suggest mods maintain the repository and that users can submit information to be added. Mods must add the information if its legit and not simply hearsay. Users could submit tickets to admins if mods refuse to add material they believe benefits the community. That way biased mods cannot control information. Allowing the company to add information isnt a bad idea and there could be an official section for just that. However companies should not be able to control the entirety of the central information. My goal is to promote and motivate community based research to help work against both pumpers and bashers that represent scammer/gamer interests. The only way to accomplish this is with a proper system of checks and balance; it will not be perfect.
Companies should be able to submit for removal of information that they believe is misinformation/deceptive. If they can properly prove that its deceptive/misinformation, then it should be removed. However if the information is accurate but inconvenient for them in some fashion, it must remain in place. I must reiterate however that for proper system of checks/balance, companies cannot control the central repository of information but can participate in its creation and maintenance as its a community stakeholder.
Posting rules should stay so that board discussion is focused on civil discussion and debate. You want to sling 💩 like a monkey goto another platform where you can pretty much post whatever you want.
