I’m sure it’s “just in case” but likely it will not be necessary due to a huge share price increased about to be caused by a press release on all the amazing things happening “behind the scenes”.

Its not at all because the price is so low and the market cap still so inflated with what they know to be absolutely terrible financials coming up that they need extra room beyond the 1:100 to be sure they aren’t back at it soon.

They know they need to go to 1:200…otherwise they will be caught by the 1:250 limit next time.

It is definitely going to be more than 1:100 now.
