Jason Tucker is yet to be seen as CEO in any financial statement or SEC accepted document.

Tucker signed as CEO on 8-K's from Feb. 6 onward (6), a 10/12G, an NT 10-Q, and an RW. So, everything since Feb. 6. All the 8-K's were accepted as true documents & posted on OTCM. The 10/12G was accepted by the SEC, as was the RW request to withdraw it. So what about those? "Fake" documents?

But no, no "financial documents" show Tucker as CEO. Neither do any bankruptcy documents. Nor do any 13-D's. Your logic is flawless.

Aside from OTCM still listing Black as CEO, everything shows Tucker is CEO. So prove he isnt. I just showed you nine documents that says he is ... and you just got your one leg to stand on. And it's a really sub-average leg, at that. Tiny & wrinkled & unused.

We also don't know what damage he already did to the company that will prevent it from getting ANY SEC approvals for ANYTHING from the company - this is the most likely explanation why the change of control didn't take place.

Why assume he did ANY damage? You must have a concrete reason. What is it?

What, exactly, makes CNNA a "scam company?" For that matter, WTF is a "scam company?" Is it a special state category? "Well, sir, you can register as 'doing business as,' 'corporation,' or we have a special going ... buy two DBA's, get a 'Scam Corporation' half off!"

I have never seen a company's OTC Markets profile page not change the CEO name when a change of control 8k was published.

Jason Black is still involved as an advisor with the company (and they mentioned he could be on the board of directors for CNNA in the future) because he was in the Spaces Prodigy update.

That conference call was a shit show. Nothing much was really said. And what was said was fluff and pumps (a minimum of .25 - what a joke - the only thing they have is a crappy website and a lot of pumping of future plans like countless other OTC Market scams). There were apologies left and right because they didn't have their act together.

I also found it funny that one of the speakers said "when we were in the expert market" which is false - they are still in expert market.

I also find it funny how they had to repetitively try to reassure people by saying "this isn't a scam." I guess word is getting out that is.
