forget the old bevs.

i loved them but now passed. In acquiring the LLC , the y aquire the associated brand and product rights. Leaves current shareholders with the shell which includes only Covert.

Surge deal never went through.

This might be a real break to new company under covert mgt.

But need to see a release from kg to verify.
