My guess is they aquire debt, cleaning up balance sheet of kgkg, aquiring the trademark and brand name and formulas, leaving the shell for reverse.

Likely Covert takes over and this becomes a pot / thc newvibe biz.

Given they are reported to be a viable biz might be good.

The trading / bid support is not retail... so accumulation by new team?

Dig deeper. Initial look shows that Bemax started process of filing their S1 last year.

Remember that whole fiasco with Kona, as we were told they were going to the Nasdaq?

The last Bemax 8k seems to show they are another share printing machine.

I wonder, who are the principals for Bemax?
