AAAA had its ticker changed to TEXX after they merged. AAA Public Adjusting Group became Emperial Americas, and it was filed within the jurisdiction, in this case Florida. In other words, the change of control was filed with the state.

Not only are the liquor licenses supposed to be approved and updated, but so are the corporate documents. Lena hasn't filed anything with Illinois since 10/23/23, and it was in December that Tony said they still needed bank approval to assume the loans so they could close the deal. There has been no change pf control at Lena. Tony's full of it, and that's why the Clerk called Lena and asked about Tony's claim that APRU owned Lena. They told the Clerk they weren't selling to APRU.
