RITM
Brought some RITM today at $10.57, here is what I like.
1) Earned a solid .47 this past quarter, which mean it is trading at a PE of under 6 annualized based on q2 earnings.
2) RITM Book value is $12.39, so trades at a discount to book.
3) Pays about a 9.46% yield based on the price I paid this morning. And the Divy is very safe.
Conclusion: Just thought they had a very good quarter and a good place to park some cash near the low end of the range at almost a 9.5% yield. Time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
