The Huawei case was dismissed " without prejudice" which means that it can be refiled to become even stronger. VP has legal eagles who are fighting for justice for the abused patent owner. They see infringement damages amounting to billions of dollars. Try taking up your so-called "facts" with them and see far you get. Perhaps you can convince them that VP is merely a scam, and that they should just concede the game and let the giant corporations off the hook. Good luck!
