There are much more sophisticated bots than that. But it explains the account posting the same thing over and over coupled with responses that are usually just reconfigured versions of that original post.
Military/intelligence has a software for social media posting that allows 1 person to manage like 10 accounts which would.include elements of automoted posting. That was before all this ChatAI stuff so who know how many accounts they can manage now?
