Whatever you do with what you have is your business and yours alone. It does beg the question if you have had these for quite some time and not acted on them, are they actually actionable by the SEC or law enforcement? It's a high bar because everyone insults everyone on message boards and discord groups.
Intent is difficult to prove, particularly if Brian was sending you these or posting while he was not identified as an officer of the company....and if one was to not go off of the OTC date, the company itself would need to disclose if that date was accurate or not. And that would take a suponea, which would first require and indictment on.....something...
It's a very, very high bar, partiucalarly when no one is gaining financially from anything said. Unless you also have proof of that.
