Please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't believe Brian was posting anything, anywhere while we was officially the CCO of the company. If that is in fact the case....what exactly would you show to the SEC?
Even if there were actual threats made - I have no idea if they were or not - unless they were made by an officer of the company at the time they are of no concern to the SEC.
