Bioamber doesn’t have any IP, it was liquidated.

None of the creditors objected because they wanted to get whatever recovery they could. They all watched the bidding process and saw only very low offers come in for the assets only so they wanted to take it.

Mitsui isn’t holding BioAmbers anything. LCYB owns all of former BioAmbers IP.
Mitsui wanted out. Go read the class action lawsuit documents

Mitsui didn’t want anything to do with BioAmber and that’s why they got out of the JV.
