#97043 RE: THall #97042

Excellent Point, Thall. He should’ve never been a compliance officer in the first place. He’s not even aware of Finra Rules, including rule #6433, which he falsely claimedAbsolutely no basis or truth in this statement. Fabricated.”

Legitimate companies don’t hire a “corporate compliance officer” who doesn’t even know or understand the most simple of Finra rules.

What was his real job as a “company officer”?

If you are going to represent the company as a compliance officer you should at least know what the hell you are talking about. ASTA is a NON reporting company

A non-reporting company, also known as a non-reporting issuer (NRI), is a company that is not required to file periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This can include US private companies, non-US private companies, or non-US public companies that don't report in the US.
