Not sure what the DTC or license approval has to do with the lawsuit? This is not a criminal case. At some point, all companies have lawsuits and continue doing business.
I don't know, but the lawsuit and running the company are two different issues. The big question is, if the lawsuit stands, does NSAV have the funds to cover it?
