After that post and down starting my, umm experiment i was thinking you would be right in saying it wasn't bolognese so i shouldn't call it that. You have just confirmed the position on that so from now on i'll take your advice on it. it will just be my pasta sauce. Will have a look at "celery seed."
I only had a little pumpkin cooked so just sorta made it up as i went, using most of the ingredients but just putting in what i thought could fit. Added more pumpkin and did put some stock in. And plenty of milk.
Only made about three cups full, have had one and because no blender, like i figured i'll call it chunky pumpkin soup. Used a spoon from the cup. It's a start. ;-)
