Market overreaction yesterday. Correction upward now. FDA ran out of time trying to review the submission and to sidestep the 30 day clock, let Vivos agree to a resubmission with some additional information to be added. That bodes well for Vivos and IDE approval. Keeps FDA happy and on their good side. Vivos can resubmit sooner than 45 days
