Market cap $200k (OS preserved 389,950,173) but extrapolated to just the unrestricted shares cap is ~$80k.....steady filer with possibly some power updates and, certainly, a perfect shell..........gab'em IMO
I hold only 5M but thinking to go to a solid 10M...then hold for a possible if ,not likely, huge spike

The Scott Conant type are numerous. I don’t see any reason for them not to duplicate this money making alliance.
The problem with the PPS is the dreaded RS.
The gamble…
Will the company announce a new alliance agreement prior to a RS?
Will the company do a RS prior to a new alliance agreement.

I believe it is much easier to move a dept laden money losing business from .0007 to .02. 28 times for their investors than it is to move a debt laden money losing businesses post RS .02 to .50.
