I’ve bet 60k a judge will make things right. No matter how big a company is, justice should prevail. If it doesn’t then there’s no point in even being in the market. My penny stock investment is on the small side of my account-dividend monthly payers pave and make the way. With a reminder-that you can’t take it with you, no matter how much you have. On a medical helicopter medivac earlier this year-with my heart pumping my blood supply outside the designated lanes-I didn’t once wonder how Vplm was doing….A month in the hospital was pure hell. So, I’m sticking with the DD I did before investing in Vplm. All the naysayers have a purpose-40 years tells me they are best ignored…

Pretty sure they already have. Albright could have dismissed a long time ago. But he gave VP their first fair shot in court. On top of all that... years ago during the Virnetx trial, one of the Apple attorneys accidentally admitted on the record that they were using VP's technology. I suspect this was not lost on Albright, as well as the very clear demonstration by the infringers that all they want to do is delay in order to starve VP financially, and they never address the infringement argument, just the validity of the patents (thus the IPRs).
And we see the same approach by most of the bashers on this Board.

They just have to convince a Judge someone is actually using their patents once to make money.
