no worries mate.... When I was little booger, our school was under construction, building a new gymnasium and cafeteria. We used to go out in the late afternoon and early evenings to play there.

We made a game out of climbing the scaffolds and trying to start up the machines.. We definitely should not have been there but we were just having fun.

One day came where some guy came in and started screaming and hitting us, telling us we were not allowed to be there. Understandable but his technique was a little out of sorts. LOL I pissed my pants that day when he grabbed me. He only choked me for a couple seconds but the message was delivered that we were to stay off that jobsite and we did.

I hated construction workers after that experience.. Eventually I became one, so there's not many morals to the story aside from

a) yes I pissed my pants because I was really scared and thought that guy was going to kill me. It's not a myth.
b) kids should not play on jobsites, today we have playgrounds for those kind of fun things
c) That guy was an asshole and needed some sensitivity training or some shit and I hope he's suffering somewhere now.
d) a little love goes a long way. I might have not has been as reluctant as I was to push a wheelbarrow if it wasn't for him.
e) a little love goes a long way

I got cut off before the end. A little love goes a long way because that dude could have hired us to clean up debris and other stuff with his pocket change , or taught us what was actually going on.

Instead, he chose violence and that was a bad mistake on his part. We were all under the age of 10 and a bunch of "eager beavers". He missed his opportunity by a longshot..
