Joe isn't demented and I guess he realized he was too old to be president. Now it's #DementiaDon's turn to pass the torch. 78 is just too old to run a country especially since he has no control over his bodily functions.

According to several sources Donald Trump has been incontinent for 25 years or so. It was common enough for him to have an “accident” during production of The Apprentice that they had a standard procedure for it. They would break on the set while an aide took him backstage to clean up and change. It was especially a problem when he lost his temper, which happened regularly.
Trump has a well-known fondness for stimulants. He did his share of cocaine back in the day, and he is believed to be an Adderall abuser today, which explains why he sniffs so much during many of his speeches. Stimulants have a laxative effect, and over the years they have left him unable to control his bowels. He has reached a point where he hardly even notices accidents anymore.
