Those small trades are probably from someone that listened to the CONdog before the reverse split, lost their ass and is now using it as a tax loss.

If you are in need of a Tax Loss it would be hard to find another pumper to follow to better your odds of getting your tax loss.

No one has pumped on more No bid or fka stock boards than the CONdog.
