Getting pretty desperate to find things to complain about when “BAM-1 Hybrids are the most robust production strain that the Company has ever fielded” is criticized.
REALLY working hard to try and focus on whether expectations are exceeded or not is written out or just understood since there has only been consistent progress since at least December last year.
I hope so. I expect to have to adjust expectations that Bam-1 enable.
I figure there are 6 batches in a cycle. Last week started the cycle. Maybe we are getting a picture of how far ahead they are in the news cycle, or how fast a batch matures. 3 months of production since they started the trials, and they started the 3rd "cycle" last week? That means they are growing on the low end of a 6-8 week cycle. This translates into no change in robustness, and requires adjusting expectations to match performance. Yes they would have to still be exceeding early expectations. The new expectation is to maintain what previously exceeded expectations. This is why we are getting weekly updates. If you aren't thinking along these lines, then you would be able to prove one of these points wrong, and it wouldn't be in the form of your question.
"We are seeing significant breakthroughs in our business plan nearly every week as we methodically and systematically advance our production capacities for the world's first cost-effective, commercially scalable spider silk."
Keep up with the new reality and adjust or adapt your expectations.
