Do you actually believe that VP somehow caused these delays? No, it is judge Albright, not VP, who cancelled VP's trial dates. However, this in no way proves that VP's infringement claims aren't worth the $ billions being claimed by their damage assessment experts. The stock is undervalued, and that is why VP is fighting so hard to build value for the shareholders.
