I don’t agree. I’m not worried about the minutiae of what day they announce. The short term price action does not scare me either, because it’s still 3-4x from the bottom.

I trust the company and give them the leeway to operate the company as they see fit.

We will hear news soon and it might not be until the end of next week and that’s perfectly fine because I think that’s within the 4 day material window.

Very concerning? One day creates that much consternation for you? I’m sorry to hear that. I often hear how traders/investors trade on emotions rather than due diligence. It still gets me to some degree as well although I have been trading for nearly 35 years. Therefore, I feel bad for you as I have been there before and can relate.

Just a thought, if you are so concerned, you may want to look investments that are not so risky. Any medical/bio company lives and dies by the extreme daily risk of how good, safe, effective and how long they can hold that market share and so on.

You may want to look at 1-2 month t-bills instead and they have a guaranteed yield of circa 5.25%. Not bad but will obviously drop when the fed cuts their target rate range by 25 bps. Therefore, you do incur some reinvestment risk.

Good luck bud. Been there done that. Thankfully I am not experiencing your emotions as I am 100% steadfast on my DD and know comfortably the technology I own through Vivos clearly has a future and a lot can happen over the next several days/weeks/months.

It’s possible that the clock didn’t start until FDA acknowledged receipt of the IDE submittal— if that’s the case, the 30 days won’t end til this coming THURS. anyone who sells before the announcement is going to be sorry imo. Most likely case is conditional approval as I’m sure there will be a few remaining questions FDA will have on that much info submitted. Don’t be confused, this outcome would be GREAT news and would likely mean that FDA believes any questions can be answered within 45 days. Complete and total approvals are very rare. Hold strong everyone— we know the therapy WORKS and KILLS CANCER. Think about that for a min.
